Nahinfrarot (NIR)-Spektroskopie: Grundlagen und Anwendung aus pharmazeutischer SichtGuido Radtke a , Klaus Knop b und Bernhard C. Lippold b Pharmazeutische Entwicklung, Boehringer Ingelheim Pharma KG a , Biberach/Riss, und Institut für Pharmazeutische Technologie, Heinrich-Heine-Universität b , Düsseldorf Near Infrared (NIR) Spectroscopy: Fundamentals and application from a pharmaceutical point of view This report gives a short overview of fundamentals and applications of the Near Infrared (NIR) spectroscopy. Pros and cons of the NIR region are compared with the Mid Infrared (MIR) region of the electromagnetic spectrum with special regard to pharmaceutical applications, e.g. moisture content measurements. Theoretical aspects of the diffuse reflectance techniques and basic chemometric methods such as conventional Multiple Linear Regression (MLR), Principle Component Regression (PCR) and Partial Least Squares Regression (PLSR) as well as new wavelength selection techniques, e.g. Genetic Algorithms (GA), are presented. Key words Chemometrie · Feuchtemessung · Genetische Algorithmen (GA) · Multiple Lineare Regression (MLR) · NIR-Spektroskopie · Partial Least Squares Regression (PLSR) · Principle Component Regression (PCR) |
