Industry and authorities’ representatives discussed currently valid regulations and requirements - and also approaches to meet them - valid for manufacturers and suppliers of pharmaceutical ingredients on the occasion of a two-days PTS Training Service seminar in March 2003. Highlight was a visit of the new Dynamit Nobel manufacturing plant for active pharmaceutical ingredients in Leverkusen (Germany); box 2 of the plant is in operation since its successful qualification in August 2002.
