Einsatz und Validierung eines Probenahmegerätes zum Nachweis von Mikroorganismen in Gasen unter Druck Arno F. Schmalreck1, Jakob Hoiss2 1 MBS, München Korrespondenz: Dr. Arno Schmalreck, MBS, Postfach 330864, 80068 München (Germany); e-mail: muenchen-mbs@t-online.de Use and Validation of a Sampling System for the Detection of Microorganisms in Pressurized Gases On a laboratory scale produced reproducibly performing bioaerosols with different bacterial, respectively, bacterial spore composition were characterized and investigated for their usability to validate a capturing device for collection of microorganisms in compressed gases. With the defined bioaerosols a new system for collection of microorganisms in pressurized gases (M2000) was investigated exemplarily according to the recommendations of ISO 14698 and a product qualification was carried out with the M2000 system in the pharmaceutical area. The recovery rates of the bioaerosols used were species- specific and were in the range of 93 to 100 %.
