First syringes are manufactured from glass tubes. Then the syringes need to be cleaned, sterilized and siliconized. When the syringes are then used as ready-to-use syringes in a nest or as “single” syringes in bulk, different methods of operation are required. Each medicine or vaccine requires specific filling methods, depending on their physical, chemical and pharmaceutical characteristics. Likewise, during the closing of the syringes with stoppers, it is also necessary to not only take the filled substance into account, but the used materials and coatings as well.
