There is nothing else through guidelines that came into effect such as PIC/S-document PI 006-3, Appendix 15 of the EG-GMP guideline as well as the “Guide to Inspection of Cleaning Validation” and the Aide Memoire of the ZLG, the demands and expectations towards cleaning and disinfection processes are clearly outlined and defined with regard to cleaning validation. After a long time of insecurity of what to do, today an explicit trained cleaning being traceable at any time with according cleaning validation is demanded from pharmaceutical companies.
