Abstract
Life-Cycle-Management of Pharmaceuticals in the German Pharmaceutical Industry
In a survey among experts and professionals from leading pharmaceutical companies in German-speaking countries, which took place from October to December 2013, the current state of life-cycle-management has been studied. The focus was to learn more about effective and planned projects, the involved departments and their internal cooperation along the timeline of pharmaceutical life-cycle-management. Furthermore the survey investigated the measurements and performance indicators that are used to control the processes of life-cycle-management and the role of decision-making processes in the pharmaceutical companies. This paper presents and comments the survey's results.
