Microbial Monitoring / Part 5: Surfaces/ personnel: methods

The possibilities to prevent product contaminations during sampling of surfaces will be dicussed Second different air testing methods are presented and discussed:
- Swabs
- Contact plates
- Additionally for personnel testing
- Hand wash method (Rinsing technique)

As a rapid method is the Bioluminescence method described and discussed. Then, the selection of nutrient media is described and various incubation conditions are discussed.
