A complex method that involves many steps and different type of equipment was compared with a single pot method. A simple formulation of ketoprofen, microcrystalline cellulose (MCC) and lactose was used. The results show similarity in physicotechnological characteristics of produced pellets, only friability of pellets produced in rotor is significantly higher.
